Printed Circuit Heat Exchanger (PCHE) is an ideal equipment for heat exchange between liquid-liquid, liquid-vapor, vapor-vapor bidirectional or unidirectional working medium. It has the characteristics of high heat exchange efficiency, small heat loss, compact and lightweight structure, small footprint, wide application, long service life and so on. In the case of the same pressure loss, its heat transfer coefficient is 3-5 times higher than the tube heat exchanger, the floor area is one-third of the tube heat exchanger, and the heat recovery rate can be as high as 90%. In 2015, the company team began to cooperate with Xi 'an Jiaotong University, China Nuclear Power Research and Design Institute, Xi 'an Thermal Engineering Research Institute and other domestic advanced research and development institutions to carry out industrial PCHE product manufacturing process research and development, successfully manufactured the domestic leading PCHE, and delivered, successfully broke the technical blockade of foreign enterprises. The company led the completion of the current domestic leading industrial grade PCHE R & D and manufacturing, overcome the large PCHE manufacturing equipment and process problems, can now manufacture the maximum core length of 2400mm, the largest single core size in China, and formed a sustainable technological innovation and product development.
